The website report further adds that the studio may finalise 25 December 2017 as the release date for the film. "...It is likely that the next two sequels, Avatar 3 and Avatar 4 will also get the same exact dates on 2018 and 2019," the report claims.
Meanwhile, scripts for all the three sequels are reportedly complete and pre-production is on in full swing. Cameron has shared that the production team and specialists are now designing creatures, settings, and characters that are part of all three films.
Cameron, who's known to use path-breaking technology for his films, is all set to dive into a whole new world of special effects for his Avatar movies.
As per earlier reported, the main reason why the release date of Avatar 2 was pushed back by a year is because the director wanted to develop a technology to film motion-capture scenes underwater which confirms speculations that the movie would see Jake Sully and his tribe in deep underwater action as the characters explore the oceans of Pandora.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding is a 2002 Canadian-American romantic comedy film written by and starring Nia Vardalos and directed by Joel Zwick. The film is centered on Fotoula "Toula" Portokalos, a Greek American woman who falls in love with a non-Greek upper middle class "White Anglo-Saxon Protestant" Ian Miller. At the 75th Academy Awards, it was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. A sequel titled My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 is currently in-production set for March 25, 2016 release.
Asked about a sequel again in a November, 2012 interview, she stated, "Well, actually, yes. And it's only now that I've really become open to the idea. Over the years, I've heard from everybody about what the sequel should be. People next to me at Starbucks would say, 'Hey, let me tell you my idea,' and I'd be like, 'Hey, I'm just trying to get a , we laughed so hard through the whole thing. It made me think that it's time. He said, "Come on, write something, will you?" And I now think I will. We have such an easy chemistry together. And we have chemistry because we never 'did it.' That's the surefire way to kill chemistry in a scene. You have to make sure your actors don't 'do it' off-screen. If they don't 'do it,' then they'll have chemistry on camera."
The film inspired the brief 2003 TV series My Big Fat Greek Life, with most of the major characters played by the same actors, with the exception of Steven Eckholdt replacing Corbett as the husband. Corbett had already signed on to the TV series Lucky. He was scheduled to appear as the best friend of his replacement's character, but the show was cancelled before he appeared. The show received poor reviews from critics noting the random character entrances and serious plot "adjustments" that did not match the film.
Many Greek audiences noticed these factors and were offended by them, including scholar Agathi Glezakos, California State University Professor. She wrote a review shortly after the film came out outlining both the offensive and redeemable qualities of the film and comparing them to her experience as a Greek-American woman. She states in her review of the movie that she “identified with some of the Greek behaviors…and felt offended by others.” She talks about some behaviors that have been brought over by Greek-Americans that are no longer condoned by people in her “motherland.” The Greek-American sense of humor can be “insensitive, insulting, and degrading,” according to social American norms and this is very crudely displayed in the movie making the Greek-Americans look like “animals.
She also goes into something else that bothered her about the movie. She states that contemporary Greek-American women are not “baby machines,” a term used in the movie by the protagonist to describe her married sister. This is the overall mentality of the movie and is not welcomed by Glezakos and other scholars.
These are only a few of the scholars that found the movie problematic in some aspects related to ethnicity and depiction of immigrants in Hollywood.
The cast as well as Hanks's production company, Playtone, later sued the studio for their part of the profits, charging that Gold Circle Films was engaging in so-called "Hollywood accounting" practices.
Despite being based on life in the Greek community of Winnipeg, the film was set in Chicago and shot in both Toronto and Chicago. Toronto's Ryerson University and Greektown neighborhood feature prominently in the film. The home used to depict Gus and Maria Portokalos' residence is located on Glenwood Crescent just off O'Connor Drive in East York. The real home representing the Portokalos' residence actually has most of the external ornamentation that was shown in the film. Also, some minor parts of the movie were shot in Jarvis High School in Toronto.
An epilogue shows the new couple's life six years later. They have had a daughter, who complains that she would prefer not to go to Greek school. Toula placates her by assuring her that when the time comes, she can marry whomever she wants. As they walk towards Greek school, it is revealed that their home is right next door to that of Toula's parents.

Triple 9 is a 2016 American crime thriller drama film directed by John Hillcoat and written by Matt Cook. Tom Huddleston of Time Out gave Triple 9 four out of five stars, positively comparing the film to Michael Mann's Heat. Throughout the 1930s, thievery and scams were present in such films as Raffles, Outside the Law, The Unholy Garden and Ninotchka. The classic film noir period of the 1940s and 1950s brought the genre to fame, by focusing more explicitly on the heists themselves, with such films as John Huston's Asphalt Jungle, Jules Dassin's Rififi, Jean-Pierre Melville's Bob le flambeur and Le Cercle Rouge, Stanley Kubrick's The Killing or Mario Monicelli's Big Deal on Madonna Street. Since that time caper movies have been shot in many variations, ranging from light-hearted folly of the 1960s classic like It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World with its cast of clowns led by Jonathan Winters and the British made Crooks and Coronets to darker, more challenging treatments introducing innovative ways of craftsmanship, such as Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs or Christopher Nolan's Inception.

The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine is a non-fiction book by Michael Lewis about the build-up of the housing and credit bubble during the 2000s. The book was released on March 15, 2010, by W. W. Norton & Company. It spent 28 weeks on The New York Times best-seller list.
The Big Short describes several of the key players in the creation of the credit default swap market that sought to bet against the collateralized debt obligation bubble and thus ended up profiting from the financial crisis of 2007–08. The book also highlights the eccentric nature of the type of person who bets against the market or goes against the grain.
The work follows people who believed the bubble was going to burst, like Meredith Whitney, who predicted the demise of Citigroup and Bear Stearns; Steve Eisman, an outspoken hedge fund manager; Greg Lippmann, a Deutsche Bank trader; Eugene Xu, a quantitative analyst who created the first CDO market by matching buyers and sellers; the founders of Cornwall Capital, who started a hedge fund in their garage with $110,000 and built it into $120 million when the market crashed; and Michael Burry, an ex-neurologist who created Scion Capital despite losing an eye in childhood and suffering from Asperger's syndrome.

On March 24, 2014, it was announced that Adam McKay would direct the adaptation.[6] On January 13, 2015, Variety reported that Brad Pitt, Christian Bale and Ryan Gosling were set to star in the film, and Pitt would produce the film with McKay and Dede Gardner. A sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman was planned, with director Rupert Sanders in talks to return. Pulimurugan: The Wild Hunter is a forthcoming Indian Malayalam action film directed by Vysakh starring Mohanlal in titular role It is the first independent screenplay penned by Udayakrishna of the Udayakrishna-Siby K. Thomas duo writers. The film is being produced under Mulakupadam Films by Tomichan Mulakupadam, features background score and soundtrack composed by Gopi Sunder with cinematography handled by Shaji Kumar. In August 2015, Bengali actress Kamalini Mukherjee was announced as the female lead opposite Mohanlal. Kamalini has previously worked with Vysakh in a guest appearance in his 2014 film Cousins and her first time with Mohanlal. According to Kamalini, her role is quite rustic and completely out of her comfort zone, something she have never laid her hands on before, the character has no urban nuances or traits. Some of her key scenes with Mohanlal was shot in Kochi by August second week. In September 2015, Kishore confirmed he is playing a forest officer with a negative shade. Pulimurugan is a forthcoming 2016 Malayalam action film directed by Vysakh starring Mohanlal in lead role. The film which was announced in December 2013 was reported to start production in September the following year for a christmas 2014 release, but eventually got postponedhe film was re-scheduled for a mid-June start, but was again postponed. Principal photography started on 17 July 2015 in Hanoi, Vietnam. The film was shot using Arri Alexa XT. Other filming locations were Silent Valley and Attappadi in Kerala. The second schedule started in Pooyamkutty forest, Kothamangalam, Eranakulam district. The crew filmed in the interiors of the dense forests of Pooyamkutty for a few days. The forest department had strictly prohibited the public entry into this region.
While in Pooyamkutty city, a scuffle between the crew and the local natives happened reportedly at around 7.30 pm on 10 September 2015. Apparently, the driver of the lorry "Mayil Vahanam" which was being used by Mohanlal's character in the film started the trouble. Fistfights ensued between local people and the crew members. A native youth was hospitalized with severe injuries. In late September 2015, there were some reports that the filming which was undergoing at the forest areas of Pooyamkutty locality is halted upon a stay order issued by the Kerala High Court, after a petition alleging the production team was dumping harmful materials used for creating sets and planning to execute a bomb blast scene in the forest. And the court has ordered an inquiry on the subject. But this report was immediately denied by the production team, they told the filming is very much alive at the Pooyamkutty forest and there is no court order against the film. The filming is progressing at high secrecy with the help of police security, so the fake news may have created by those who are not allowed to enter the premises.
The final schedule started on 17 January 2016 at Ernakulam for filming the climax sequences in 18 days long schedule. The filming was progressed with high secrecy, with no media coverage allowed on the sets. Mohanlal joined the sets on the same day for a two weeks filming.
